Serviceman was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the parts needed are too many but I appreciated him showing me what he was looking at and how much the repair would be. After new install: same great customer service. Install went smoothly and installers were excellent. This company is exceptional! Will never use anyone else for air, heat, etc. such a fantastic company to work with. Thank you for such amazing work ARS!

I used ARS for a furnace tune up. This was the first time ever doing this as I’m a new homeowner. The office staff was great and got me an appointment same day! The tech that came out was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He expressed that he encourages people to watch him through the process so they know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or mistrust, which I very much appreciated. He was honest about the age and shape my furnace was in and upfront about any cost if I needed to replace a part and that because of the age, it really wasn’t worth it. A few days later, my furnace started leaking and I panicked. Called them and someone came out next day. It turns out, the tech forgot to connect a hose back after the tune up. The tech that came out to fix the issue checked 3 times to make sure everything was back and working smoothly before he left and there was no charge to me since it was an error on their part! I was so relieved. People make mistakes, so it was not a big deal to me. I am just happy that they took responsibility for their mistake and corrected it so promptly. Both of the techs that came out were so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with not only the techs but also the office staff. Everyone was on time and efficient unlike other places that will make you wait all day. Would 100% recommend them and am going to continue using ARS in the future!

Good communication from the office. They let me know when the technician would arrive. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He checked the furnace and explained the issues. Very upfront on pricing. Would recommend.

We have been using ARS for our annual servicing of the AC in the spring and Furnace and Aprilaire humidifier in the fall for many years. They really care for their Customers, are professional and keep in touch with you with a reminder call about the appointment and on the day they call me 15 minutes before the tech will arrive at my home. The cost for the services are reasonable and the technicians are always professional. They have clearly marked vans, the techs wear a uniform and introduce themselves so that the name matches with who you are expecting. The techs also wear booties so that they do not drag dirt around our home. Last winter my furnace broke and I needed it replaced. ARS was the cheaper of the 3 quotes I got, and they also adjusted schedules so that I could get a furnace installed next day. They wanted to make sure we would not endure a cold home too long. I recommend them 100% and will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

Jose came the day of our request in the afternoon. He was very clean and cleaned the furnace up well. This was a second opinion and I felt he was very knowledgeable and able to give us good information which saved us around $1800. We will definitely keep ARS in our professional contact list. I got an appointment the day I called! The HVAC Technician arrived promptly, was friendly and efficient. They installed our system and we regularly have them back for seasonal tuneups. We continue to be pleased to work with this company. Professional and reasonably priced!

Technician Rich was on time and courteous. He demonstrated good knowledge of the system. Explained everything in a way l was able to understand what the situation is with our furnace. Rich set up our maintenance contract and scheduled the appointment. In addition, he told me how to get ahold of him and make sure that I didn’t have any additional questions.
